The 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Outline of Long Range Objectives for 2035 clearly point out the promotion of the transformation of some ordinary undergraduate universities into application-oriented ones.Therefore,the reform of chemical talents training in local applied universities should adapt to the new development pattern,optimize the structure of disciplines and majors,strengthen the integration of industry and education,cooperation between school and enterprise,cultivating a"dual teacher"teacher mechanism,and cultivating applied talents that meet the needs of regional economy.From the perspective of integration of industry and education,this paper takes the training of chemical professionals talents as an example,puts forward the exploration of the teaching mode with industry as the orientation and inspiration as the method,and carries out cooperation with enterprises in various aspects such as scientific research projects and school-enterprise cooperation talents training projects,improves teaching level,and promotes the reform of high-level talents training mode in basic disciplines.
