Chemical Cleaning of Stator Wire Rod Blockage of 660 MW Water-cooled Generator
In this paper,the chemical cleaning of stator wire rod of a 660 MW water-cooled generator in a power plant is taken as an example.NLF-010 solid inorganic acid plus corrosion inhibitor is used as cleaning medium,sodium hydroxide activation and MBT pre-film process are adopted.The internal cold water system of the generator is chemically cleaned by this cleaning process.The inner wall deposits and corrosion products of the copper conductor of the stator wire rod are removed obviously,the heat transfer efficiency of the stator wire rod is improved,the temperature of the stator wire rod is reduced,and the safe and stable operation of the generator is facilitated.
