Practical of VR Technology in Chemical Safety Production and Management
Employees of chemical enterprises work in high temperature and high pressure production environment for a long time,and the safety risk index is high,so they should pay more attention to safety management and accident emergency management.Based on the status of safety production and management in chemical industry and the characteristics of VR technology in chemical industry,this paper deeply analyzes the practical application of VR technology in chemical safety production and management.With the help of VR technology,a virtual chemical factory can be built for students to allow employees to carry out safety hazard detection training and emergency situation handling drills in a safe environment,which can effectively reduce the risk of staff training,improve the level of safety production management of chemical enterprises,and provide security guarantee for the smooth operation of chemical industry enterprises.
