基于GIS和GPS的城市燃气管道风险动态预警系统探讨

为减少燃气事故发生,文章构建了合理的燃气管道区域风险指标体系,基于GIS对风险等级进行可视化形成风险地图,结合GPS定位技术对燃气泄漏时间、地点以及波及范围进行定位,应用物联网技术收集事故灾害信息.以手机APP为大众使用媒介,将危险信息发送给用户、小区物业、消防和附近人员,可根据APP实时反馈更新风险数据库,在基础地理信息平台上添加、更新图层信息,以满足不同用户对空间地理信息和风险管控的需求,减少或消除安全隐患,从而提高系统的抗风险能力,保障人民生命安全.
Discussion on Dynamic Early Warning System for City Gas Pipeline Risks Based on GIS and GPS
To reduce the occurrence of gas accidents,this paper constructs a reasonable regional risk index system for gas pipelines,visualises the risk level based on GIS to form a risk map,combines GPS positioning technology to locate the time,location and extent of gas leaks,and applies Internet of Things technology to collect accidental disaster information.A mobile phone APP is used as a medium for the public to send hazard information to users,residential properties,firefighters and nearby personnel.According to the APP real-time feedback to update the risk database,layer information is added and updated on the basic geographic information platform to meet the needs of different users for spatial geographic information and risk control,to reduce or eliminate safety hazards.it is conducive to improving the anti-risk capacity of the system and ensuring the safety of people's lives.
