Classification and Quantitative Management of Drilling Operation Safety Hazards
Drilling is the key link in petroleum exploration and development.Safety supervision and management and timely report are important guarantees for normal operation.Traditional drilling safety supervision and management mainly includes personnel inspection and safety assessment, relying on manual judgment of safety conditions, low efficiency and strong subjectivity.Quantitative management can comprehensively and accurately assess risks in drilling operations, and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of personnel. This study aims to explore the establishment of a drilling safety supervision weekly report based on quantitative management. It analyzes the content and selection of indicators for the drilling safety supervision weekly report, including inspection statistics, problem identification and resolution, safety training and education,as well as safety and environmental indicators monitoring.By establishing a foundational platform for data analysis and indicator evaluation, this approach enhances the scientificity and effectiveness of drilling safety management.
