At present,China's economy is developing rapidly,the demand for energy is also increasing day by day.There are a lot of oil resources in the ocean,and its effective exploitation and utilization has great significance to the development of China's economy.Offshore petroleum engineering projects involve many professional disciplines,large investment scale,and are faced with more complex safety problems.In order to ensure orderly and efficient operation,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the safety management of offshore petroleum engineering projects based on the Bozhong 19-2 oilfield development project,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The results show that timely analysis of the difficulties of project safety management and formulation of effective measures can greatly improve the level of project management,ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
