Discussion of Safety Management for Chemical Synthesis Laboratory
The chemical synthesis laboratory is an important place to provide chemical experiment conditions and carry out various synthesis research,the process development are usually carried out in the laboratory,such as small scale,pilot scale and scale up.It is very important to strengthen the safety management of chemical synthesis laboratory,because chemical synthesis experiment is prone to explosion,personnel poisoning and other accidents.This paper analyzes the safety awareness of laboratory personnel,and the laboratory safety environment,as well as the introduction of intrinsic safety design,the development of process safety assessment,emergency disposal and three wastes treatment are discussed,through scientific management concepts and mature technical methods to improve the safety of the chemical synthesis laboratory.
