海上油田弃井作业中水力内割刀结构优化与应用

海上弃井作业中普遍采用大尺寸水力割刀,目前应用的水力割刀切割扭矩大、震动强烈、刀片损耗大,而且在切割过程中无法直接判断套管切割情况,导致出现套管一侧割断、另一侧未割断的情况.因此,文章提出对该尺寸割刀进行改进,建立水力内割刀水力参数计算以及对应刀片材质、结构、形状改进系统的计算,确保在套管偏心状态下也能完全切开套管,对于海上弃井工作具有十分重要的作用.
Structure Optimization and Application of Hydraulic Internal Cutter for Well Abandonment Operation in Offshore Oilfield
Large size hydraulic cutter is widely used in offshore well abandonment operation.At present,the hydraulic cutter with large cutting torque,strong vibration and large blade loss can not directly judge the casing pipe cutting condition in the cutting process,resulting in the situation that one side of the casing is cut and the other side is not cut.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve this size cutter and establish the hydraulic parameters calculation of the hydraulic internal cutter and the improvement system calculation of blade material,structure and shape,which can cut the casing pipe completely under the condition of casing pipe eccentricity,is of great significance for offshore well abandonment operation.
