摘要

文章以固体铝电解电容器为研究对象,研究了化成工艺和导电性高分子聚合工艺对产品性能的影响,以及化成工艺对氧化皮膜的修复效果、聚合工艺对产品耐纹波能力及寿命的影响,并对生产工艺进行了优化,研制了耐高纹波、长寿命的固体铝电解电容器.其结果表明,所制电容器漏电流更低,耐高温特性更好.

Abstract

Taking solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor as the research object,the effect of formation process and conductive polymer polymerization process on product performance,the repair effect of formation process on oxide film,and the effect of polymerization process on product ripple resistance and life were studied.The production process was optimized,and a solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor with high ripple resistance and long life was developed.The results show that the capacitor has lower leakage current and better high temperature resistance.
