水下管汇橇下放时,水流和海床倾斜对就位精度影响较大.因此,设计一种水下多向调节装置,通过液压进行精确调节,以实现水下管汇橇法兰与海管法兰精确对接,减少膨胀弯的应用,以期对水下管汇撬的精准下放提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Design of A Multi-directional Adjustment Hydraulic System for A Subsea Manifold Skid
When the subsea manifold skid offshore installation,the water flow and seabed inclination have a significant impact on the positioning accuracy.By designing a subsea multi-directional adjustment system and precisely adjusting it through hydraulic power,the flange of the subsea manifold skid can be precisely docked with the flange of the pipeline,reducing the application of expansion bends,in order to provide some reference for the accurate offshore installation of subsea manifold skid.
