Build A"One Core and Four Dimensions"Talent Training Model under the Concept of Fostering Character and Civic Virtue
With the continuous advancement of professional certification in engineering education in China,it is imperative to adapt the talent training mode of the new engineering major accordingly.The traditional teaching approach excessively emphasizes theory while neglecting practical application,focuses more on knowledge transmission rather than fostering innovative thinking,and exhibits shortcomings such as inadequate attention to professional literacy education,a weak practical teaching system,and a lack of emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship education.Considering the distinctive features of new engineering,this paper aims to actively explore the'one core and four dimensions'personnel training mode to better fulfill the fundamental task of fostering character and civic virtue.
