Training of New Apprenticeship Chemical Technology Professionals
Under the background of the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous emergence of scientific and technological innovation,the training of chemical technology professionals is faced with increasingly severe challenges.The traditional education mode is increasingly lagging behind in meeting the needs of the new era and cultivating professional talents to adapt to the future industrial development.In order to better meet the needs of the society for craft professionals,the new apprenticeship system and problem-driven teaching have become one of the hot spots in the field of higher education.This paper will study the integration mode of new apprenticeship and problem-driven teaching in the training of chemical technology professionals.Through a comprehensive analysis of the historical origin of the apprenticeship system,the development status at home and abroad and the advantages in the craft major,combined with the basic concept of problem-driven teaching and the necessity of introducing in the chemical industry,it aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for the construction of a professional talent training system more in line with the needs of future development.
