High Temperature Corrosion Problems and Optimization Measures in Waste Incineration Power Generation Boilers under the Background of"Dual Carbon"
As the amount of municipal domestic waste increases, the pressure on the environment is also increasing.Waste incineration power generation technology has developed into one of the main ways to deal with municipal domestic waste. However, municipal solid waste has a complex and variable composition, with a high content of chlorine, which is prone to serious high-temperature corrosion. The proposal of"Dual Carbon"goal,as well as the continuous promotion of waste classification policy, incineration power generation boiler is facing more serious high temperature corrosion problems. This paper sortsout the current high-temperature corrosion phenomenon in the waste incineration power generation boiler and the problems encountered in the context of"Dual Carbon",and the corresponding optimization measures are summarized to seek to improve the service life of the power generation boiler and reduce the cost of the power plant.
