The conversion furnace is one of the important equipment in chemical production,and the welding quality of its furnace wall steel structure directly affects the performance and service life of the equipment.During the welding process,factors such as material,temperature,and stress may cause shrinkage and deformation of structural components,thereby affecting the accuracy and safety of the equipment.This paper focuses on the control of welding shrinkage deformation of the steel structure of the converter furnace wall,objectively sorting out the difficulties in welding shrinkage control of the converter furnace wall steel structure,and analyzing the control methods of welding shrinkage deformation of the converter furnace wall steel structure from aspects such as structural design optimization,welding process formulation,welding sequence planning,application of anti deformation measures,assembly accuracy control,reasonable selection of welding parameters,and post welding correction deformation,To provide reference for relevant personnel.
