Application and Risk Control of Pipeline Internal Inspection Process Before Production in Anhui Province
Internal inspection is an important detection method for gas pipeline body inspection and an important means to ensure the safe operation of gas pipelines.Before production,natural gas pipelines,as pipelines without transmission media,are prone to unstable detector operation speed,blockage,and ball failure during internal testing.Therefore,it is necessary to study the detection device technology that can be applied to pipeline internal testing before production.This article takes the internal inspection operation of a certain gas company in Anhui as an example,and analyzes in detail the design basis of the pipeline internal inspection device process before production.It elaborates and considers in detail the key control points of the internal inspection process such as the speed control of the internal detector operation.The proposed pipeline internal inspection device process before production has been applied and verified in practical work,and the results have achieved control over the operation speed of the internal detector.The stable operation speed of the internal detector in the natural gas pipeline,accurate data collection,and smooth completion of the internal inspection work in this section of the gas pipeline are ensured.At the same time,the key control points and risk points of the internal inspection process such as speed control,ball jamming,and ball failure of the internal detector are analyzed and solved,which has reference significance for the internal inspection work of the gas pipeline before production.
