After more than 60 years of development,China has built a relatively complete oil and gas long-distance pipeline infrastructure network.With the establishment of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Co.,LTD.,pipeline industry construction ushered in another peak.At present,the settlement of long-distance pipeline projects in China is changing from the traditional completion settlement to the construction process settlement.Therefore,on the basis of introducing the characteristics of long-distance pipeline project settlement,the paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out construction process settlement,points out the existing problems of construction process settlement,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.
