In recent years,accidents happen frequently in the petrochemical industry,which puts forward higher requirements for emergency management.Therefore,the off-site law enforcement model of petrochemical enterprises comes into being.The mode is that the emergency management department uses scientific and technological means to accurately supervise petrochemical enterprises,and the effect is remarkable.At present,the emergency management department is promoting the work of off-site law enforcement model,but in law enforcement practice,there are still some problems.This paper analyzes the advantages and problems of off-site law enforcement mode in petrochemical enterprises by combing through law enforcement cases in the field of production safety supervision,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the construction of a standard and efficient off-site law enforcement mode system,which is of great significance to the work of production safety supervision and high-quality development of petrochemical enterprises.
