With the rapid development of information technology,quality management has become one of the key links in the transformation and high-quality development of the petrochemical industry.In order to cope with this challenge,this paper analyzes the main problems of quality management faced by petrochemical enterprises under the background of information technology,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies,including the improvement of data management,the synchronous development of personnel ability and technology,and the improvement of decision support system.
