摘要

中国海洋石油工程领域快速发展 40 年,在当下国家"一带一路"国际化发展战略背景下,国际化船舶施工人才尤其是总监人才的培养与储备尚存在较大差距.文章着眼海洋工程船舶施工基层管理,以海洋石油工程股份有限公司(简称"海油工程")为例,围绕国际海洋石油工程船舶总监类岗位人才队伍现状,阐述目前企业及国内行业该类人员面临的主要问题,剖析问题背后的主要原因,并结合企业实践,提出针对性培养储备应对策略,为国际海洋工程船舶施工人才管理提供应对之策.

Abstract

The rapid development of China's offshore oil engineering industry for 40 years,under the current national"Belt and Road"international development strategy,there is still a big gap in the training and reserve of international offshore engineering talents,especially the superintendent talents.This paper focuses on the basic management of offshore engineering installation,taking Offshore Oil Engineering Co.,Ltd.(COOEC)as an example,expounds the main problems faced by such personnel in enterprise and the domestic industry,analyzes the main reasons behind the problems,and combines enterprise practice to propose targeted training and reserve strategies to provide countermeasures for the management of international offshore engineering installation talents.
