Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Mechanism for International Offshore Engineering Superintendents
The rapid development of China's offshore oil engineering industry for 40 years,under the current national"Belt and Road"international development strategy,there is still a big gap in the training and reserve of international offshore engineering talents,especially the superintendent talents.This paper focuses on the basic management of offshore engineering installation,taking Offshore Oil Engineering Co.,Ltd.(COOEC)as an example,expounds the main problems faced by such personnel in enterprise and the domestic industry,analyzes the main reasons behind the problems,and combines enterprise practice to propose targeted training and reserve strategies to provide countermeasures for the management of international offshore engineering installation talents.
