Taking the course of organic chemistry as an example,based on the concept of OBE,this paper scientifically and reasonably constructs the corresponding supporting relationship between graduation requirements,course objectives and teaching content,establishes the assessment method of organic chemistry course,and analyzes the achievement degree of the course objectives.The results of indirect evaluation are 0.871 5,0.821 0 and 0.768 4,and the results of direct evaluation are 0.767 3,0.732 7 and 0.704 1,respectively.According to the evaluation results,the problems and deficiencies in the teaching of this course are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.
