用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法同时测定人体血液中砷和汞,使用 65%的硝酸 5 mL微波消解,1∶1 的盐酸 2 mL提取,5%硫脲+5%抗坏血酸溶液 1 mL预还原.实验结果表明该方法检出限为 As 0.016 μg/L;Hg 0.007 μg/L;相对标准偏差为As:4.41%~4.65%;Hg:1.41%~2.08%(n=11),加标回收率砷:99%~107%,汞:97%~101%.该方法稳定性好、精密度高、操作简便,可用于人体血液中砷和汞的同时测定.

Simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in human blood by microwave digestion-Atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,microwave digestion with 5mL 65%nitric acid,extraction with 2 mL 1:1 hydrochloric acid,and pre-reduction with 1 mL 5%thiourea + 5%ascorbic acid solution.The results showed that the detection limit was As 0.016 μg/L;HG 0.007 μg/L;RSD was As:4.41%-4.65%;Hg:1.41%-2.08%(n=11).The recoveries of arsenic and mercury were 99%-107%and 97%-101%,respectively.The method has the advantages of good stability,high precision and easy operation,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in human blood.
