Microwave Digestion-atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy Simultaneous Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Human Blood
Simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in human blood by microwave digestion-Atomic fluorescence spectroscopy, microwave digestion with 5mL 65%nitric acid, extraction with 2 mL 1:1 hydrochloric acid, and pre-reduction with 1 mL 5%thiourea + 5%ascorbic acid solution. The results showed that the detection limit was As 0.016 μg/L;HG 0.007 μg/L;RSD was As:4.41%-4.65%;Hg:1.41%-2.08%(n=11).The recoveries of arsenic and mercury were 99%-107%and 97%-101%,respectively.The method has the advantages of good stability, high precision and easy operation, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in human blood.
