Improvement of Fine Chemical Process Technology and Safety Management Strategies
The fine chemical industry involves a diverse range of product types, complex production techniques,small-batch and multi-variety production models, and intricate production processes. These characteristics result in significant equipment investments, strong product cyclicity, rapid updating, and the widespread adoption of batch production processes. This production model is accompanied by complex startup and shutdown procedures and high risk, leading to likely to occur frequent accidents, losses for enterprises, and a to the safety of employees. With social progress and the gradual improvement of chemical technology, the application of new technologies and the introduction of new equipment have significantly improved safety management. However, current fine chemical enterprises still face many challenges in management and technology upgrading. There are varying levels of personnel proficiency and capability, inadequate knowledge updating, and timely mastery and application of new processes, equipment, and technologies are lacking. This paper proposes safety measures and process improvement routes from the perspectives of safety management, process technology, and environmental protection technology to enhance the safety management and process technology level of fine chemical enterprises.
