With the vigorous development of higher education in China,there are more and more teaching,research and experiment places in colleges and universities,and the laboratory has become the main place for teachers and students to carry out experimental activities.But at the same time,the laboratory is a very special working environment,especially in scientific research and experimental activities,teachers and students are often weak in safety awareness.This paper summarizes the types of accidents that may occur in university laboratories,reveals some deficiencies and defects in laboratory safety management,and puts forward strategies such as establishing perfect laboratory safety management system and system and strengthening education and training on safety in universities.
