A complete life cycle cost base curve of jack-up platform is constructed by breakpoint fitting method.This paper introduces the theory of cost background trend line into the management of drilling platform,establishes the theoretical model of the retirement years of jack-up drilling platform by using the theory of economic cost,and determines the retirement years of jackup drilling platform.
