摘要

文章通过引入电缆运动增加密封脂消耗量和密封脂在注脂管线内的流动压降等影响密封的因素,分析了本次作业密封失效的主要原因.同时,提出通过控制影响密封理论参数等因素,如季节性温度变化、电缆结构和新旧程度及井内气体等,有效解决了本次作业密封失效的问题.

Abstract

In this paper,the main reasons of seal failure in this operation are analyzed by introducing the factors that affect sealing grease consumption and flow pressure drop of sealing grease in the grease injection pipeline.At the same time,the paper puts forward the theoretical parameter setting of sealing factors such as seasonal temperature change,cable structure and old and new degree,and gas in the well,which can effectively solve the problem of seal failure in this operation.
