摘要

某海上平台导管架出现裂纹,修复方案为使用水泥进行加固,在导管架上安装卡箍,使导管架周围形成密闭空间,在此空间灌入水泥,水泥固化后,起到加固作用.该修复技术在国内海上平台导管架领域尚属首次应用.为了验证其可靠性和可行性,文章针对该技术实施的关键因素进行了试验检测和试制验证研究.研究结果表明,该修复技术的原材料性能、水泥与立管的结合强度以及水泥泵送工艺和性能均满足技术规格要求,并已成功应用于现场实践.

Abstract

A crack has occurred in the jacket of an offshore platform,and the repair plan involves using cement for reinforcement.Clamps are installed on the jacket to form a closed space around it,and cement is poured into this space.After the cement solidifies,it plays a role in reinforcement.This repair technology is a first application in the field of offshore platform jackets in China.To verify its reliability and feasibility,This paper conducted experimental testing and trial validation research on the key factors of this technology's implementation.The research results indicate that the raw material performance,the bonding strength between cement and risers,as well as the cement pumping process and performance of this repair technology meet the technical specifications and have been successfully applied in field practice.
