尿素水解制氨系统尿素储存优化与应用

为解决尿素颗粒储存系统劳动强度大、工作环境差及尿素料仓板结的问题,以某电厂为例,对尿素输送、储存工艺进行了优化设计。当尿素耗量大时,采用气力输送方式将尿素颗粒直接输送到尿素溶解罐内配制成尿素溶液,以尿素溶液储存代替尿素颗粒储存,解决了尿素储存的问题,并提高自动化水平和劳动生产率,同时避免在空气湿度大的环境中,尿素颗粒会在料仓内板结而影响后续系统的运行问题。
Urea Storage Optimization and Application of Urea Hydrolysis System for Ammonia Production
In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,poor working environment and urea silo compaction in urea granule storage system,the urea conveying and storage process was optimized by taking a power plant as an example.When the urea consumption is large,the urea particles are directly transported to the urea dissolving tank by pneumatic conveying mode to prepare urea solution,and the urea solution storage replaces the urea particle storage,which solves the problem of urea storage,and improves the automation level and labor productivity,and avoids the problem that urea particles will be cemented in the silo and affect the operation of the subsequent system in the environment with high air humidity.
