摘要

使用荧光半导体来探测高毒性及人体内富集的重金属离子,这种方法已经引起了研究者们的兴趣.采用巯基功能化的离子液体作稳定剂来合成不同的CdTe纳米晶,具有良好的理化性质.文章通过研究pH值对CdTe纳米晶荧光性质的影响,来进一步探讨CdTe纳米晶对Co2+和Mn2+的响应性,并明确了CdTe纳米晶对Co2+和Mn2+的检测极限及检测范围.

Abstract

The use of fluorescent semiconductors to detect highly toxic and enriched heavy metal ions in the human body has attracted researchers'interest.Different CdTe nanocrystals were synthesized by using sulfhydryl functionalized ionic liquid as stabilizer,which has good physicochemical properties.By studying the effect of pH value on the fluorescence properties of CdTe nanocrystals,the response of CdTe nanocrystals to Co2+ and Mn2+ was further discussed,and the detection limit and detection range of CdTe nanocrystals for Co2+ and Mn2+ were defined.
