As a high-risk,high-investment,and high-technology system engineering,oil drilling has a direct link between its accident rate and unsafe human behavior.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct thorough research on unsafe human behavior in drilling site operations for the safe production of oil drilling.Based on relevant theories of unsafe behavior at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of unsafe behavior among drilling site operators and proposes a series of practical and feasible unsafe behavior control measures from the perspective of strengthening management.This provides a reference for ensuring the smooth progress of drilling operations and improving the safety management level of the platform.
