摘要

针对传统化工专业实验教学存在教学内容陈旧、师资工程经验薄弱、教学实验室建设不合理等不足,为培养与企业所需有效衔接的应用型人才,提出了产教融合人才培养路径,即建设教材、教学团队、实习实训基地等教学资源,构建人才培养质量评价体系.在此基础上,化工专业实验课程教学改革措施包括:强化校企合作,以成果为导向,坚持全周期工程教育,科学优化实验项目;以学生为中心,创新教学方式,贯彻课程思政,构建线上线下虚实结合的教学模式;深化产教融合,积极推进双师型教师队伍以及实验教学硬件建设.

Abstract

There are several problems during the teaching of the professional experiment of chemical engineering,such as,outdated teaching content,weak engineering experience of faculty,unreasonable laboratory construction and so on.In order to cultivate application-oriented talents needed by enterprises,the cultivation path of the integration of industry and education has been proposed,including the construction of teaching materials,teaching teams,practical training bases and the establishment of talent cultivation quality evaluation system.Based on this,the reforms of course of the professional experiment of chemical engineering have been as follows:strengthened the cooperation between universities and enterprises,adhered to outcomes-based and the full-cycle engineering education,scientifically optimized the experimental projects;taken students as the center,innovated teaching methods,implemented curriculum politics,constructed the teaching mode of online-offline and virtuality-reality;deepened the integration of industry and education,and actively promoted the construction of double-professionally-titled teachers team and experimental hardware.
