航空生物燃料与石油基航空燃料混合比例确定方法

利用航空生物燃料与石油基航空燃料性能参数差异性,选取密度、运动黏度,建立了由航空生物燃料与石油基航空燃料组成的混合模型,通过逐渐增加航空生物燃料调配比例,开展混合燃料 15℃密度、20℃运动黏度检测实验,绘制了混合比例与性能参数的工作曲线,并拟合了关系式;然后结合已知生物燃料比例的混合燃料,开展密度、运动黏度检测,得到计算比例,与其已知比例进行对比分析。结果表明:采用混合比例为横坐标,密度和黏度为纵坐标建立的混合模型,拟合效果良好;在选用该模型模拟混合燃料 15℃密度、20℃运动黏度随其中生物燃料比例变化而变化时,在0%~100%范围内计算比例和实际混合比例接近,吻合很好。通过该模型建立确定混合燃料中航空生物燃料混合比例的方法,可用于指导航空混合燃料的实际生产与应用。
Method for Determining the Mixing Ratio of Aviation Biofuel and Petroleum Based Aviation Fuel
Based on the difference of performance parameters between aviation biofuel and petroleum based aviation fuel,the mixing model of aviation biofuel and petroleum based aviation fuel was established by select density and kinematic viscosity.The density at 15℃and kinematic viscosity at 20℃of mixed fuels were tested,and the working curve of mixing ratio and performance parameters was obtained,and the relationship was fitted.Testing the density at 15℃and kinematic viscosity at 20℃of mixed fuels with known biofuel ratio,and the calculated ratio was obtained,which was compared with the known proportion.The results show that the fitting effect of the mixing model is good when mixing proportion is used as abscissa,density and viscosity as ordinate.When the model is used to simulate the density at 15℃and the kinematic viscosity at 20℃of mixed fuels changes with the proportion of biofuel in mixture separately,the calculated proportion and the actual proportion is similar in the range of 0%~100%,and the agreement is good.The model can be used to determine the method of mixing ratio of aviation biofuel in blended fuels,which can be used to guide the practical production and application of aviation blended fuels.
