针对地面材料厂印刷油墨废水有机物含量高、溶解性固体含量高、可生化性差等特点,采用"两级混凝沉淀 + 碟管式反渗透(DTRO)"工艺进行处理.文章介绍了工艺流程、工艺单元及设备、处理效果及技术经济性.稳定运行结果表明,该工艺对CODCr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、DS、TS的总去除率分别为 99.77%、98.40%、99.90%、99.91%、99.63%、99.65%,出水BOD5、SS、DS平均值分别为 20 mg/L、2 mg/L、68 mg/L,优于GB/T 19923-2005《城市污水再生利用 工业用水水质》中的洗涤用水水质标准,电费和药剂费用合计为 26.14 元/m3.
Example of Printing Ink Wastewater Treatment Project
In view of the characteristic of high organic content,high dissolved solid content and poor biodegradability in printing ink wastewater generated from a ground material factory,the"secondary coagulation sedimentation + DTRO"process is adopted for the wastewater treatment.The process flow,treatment units and equipments,treatment effect and technical economy are introduced in this paper.The stable operation results show that the total removal rates of CODCr,BOD5,SS,NH3-N,DS and TS in printing ink wastewater by this process are 99.77%,98.40%,99.90%,99.91%,99.63%and 99.65%,respectively.The average of BOD5,SS and DS in the effluent after treatment are 20 mg/L,2 mg/L and 68 mg/L,respectively,which are better than the washing water quality standards in"The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses"(GB/T 19923-2005).The total cost of electricity and medicine is 26.14 yuan/m3.
