摘要

除盐水站水处理膜系统在运行过程中由于微生物滋生或无机结垢等原因会产生通量衰减现象,使得产水量无法达到设计要求,因此除盐水站膜系统在运行过程中需要添加化学药剂.文章基于工程经验,并考虑实用性和经济性,介绍了除盐水站膜系统加药的原因、种类和方案设计,并以工程实例说明现场运行效果以及如何根据水质变化调整加药配置,以保证系统稳定运行.

Abstract

During operation,the membrane system of desalination station may experience flux attenuation due to microbial growth or inorganic scaling,resulting in water production not meeting design requirements.Therefore,the membrane system of desalination station need to add drugs during operation.Based on engineering experience and considering practicality and economy,this article introduces the reasons,types and scheme design for adding drugs in the membrane system of desalination station.And use engineering examples to illustrate the on-site operation effect and how to adjust the adding drugs configuration based on water quality changes,to ensure stable operation of the system.
