摘要
在海洋石油钻井作业过程中,固井是作业风险最高的环节之一,直接关系到钻进过程中的井下安全、完井过程中的储层开发以及后期增产措施的实施.下套管作为固井施工程序中至关重要的一环,套管的上扣质量、套管是否顺利下至设计井深,对后续钻井都有着较大的影响.随着石油钻井中作业井难度的不断增加,深井、超深井、大位移井的数量也在不断增加,这些高难度井的下套管作业成为一项很大挑战.顶驱下套管技术作为一项新兴技术,正是解决以上问题的重要手段之一.因此,文章详细介绍了顶驱下套管技术的工作原理、设备特征、操作方式以及实际应用中的优缺点,并提出改进建议,为后续现场采用顶驱下套管技术提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
In the process of offshore oil drilling operations,well cementing is one of the most risky links,directly related to the safety of downhole,reservoir development during the well completion process and the implementation of later increase production measures.Running casing is a crucial part of the well cementing construction program,and the quality of casing threading and whether the casing is smoothly lowered to the designed well depth have a significant impact on subsequent drilling.With the increasing difficulty of operating wells in oil drilling,the number of deep wells,ultra deep wells and extended reach wells is also increasing,the casing running operation of these high difficulty wells has become a great challenge.Top drive casing technology,as an emerging technology,is one of the important means to solve these problems.Therefore,this article provides a detailed introduction to the working principle,equipment features,operating methods and practical advantages and disadvantages of top drive casing technology,and proposes improvement suggestions to provide reference for the subsequent on-site use of top drive casing technology.
