摘要

海上平台属高投资、高风险、高回报设施,其设备众多,保证其安全运行十分重要.通过采用噪声监测、红外热成像、图像识别等非接触手段进行表征机械设备状态的自动处理、分析,实现故障设备定位,提前发出检测检修警报,为安排人工进行详尽的诊断式试验或检验提供依据,从而实现降低工作强度和人力支出,及时发现机械设备状态异常,以避免故障扩大导致停机甚至造成更大损失等设备状态监控目标.

Abstract

Offshore platforms are high investment,high risk and high return facilities with numerous equipment,ensuring their safe operation is crucial.By utilizing non-contact methods such as noise monitoring,infrared thermal imaging and image recognition to carry out automatic processing and analysis of characterization mechanical equipment status,fault equipment positioning can be achieved,detection and maintenance alarms can be issued in advance.This provides a basis for arranging detailed diagnostic tests or inspections manually,so as to achieve the equipment status monitoring objectives such as reducing work intensity and manpower expenditure,timely detection of mechanical equipment status abnormalities to avoid fault expansion leading to downtime or even greater losses.
