摘要
化工新材料作为新材料中的重要组成部分,是支撑先进制造业发展的重要基础,也是传统石化产业转型升级的重要方向.随着国家"双碳"目标的提出,濮阳市立足石化资源禀赋和产业基础,积极探索转型发展、创新发展新路,努力打造千亿级新材料产业集群且已初具规模.为充分发挥化工新材料汇碳、固碳、减碳的重要作用,推动石油化工产业转型升级,实现"双碳"目标,研究濮阳市化工新材料产业发展具有重要战略意义.
Abstract
As an important part of the new material industry,the new chemical materials are an important foundation to support the advanced manufacturing development,and are also an important direction for the transformation and promotion of traditional petroleum and chemical industries.With the proposal of the"Dual Carbon"goal,based on its petrochemical resource endowment and industrial foundation,Puyang has actively explored a new path of transformation and innovative development,and strives to build a new material industry cluster of 100 billion levels,which has begun to take shape.In order to give full play to the role of carbon sequestration,carbon fixation and carbon reduction of new chemical materials,promote the transformation and upgrading of petrochemical industry,and achieve the"Dual Carbon"goal,it is of great strategic significance to study the development of new chemical materials industry in Puyang city.
