摘要
苯乙烯作为重要的化工原料,广泛应用于树脂、塑料和乳液/乳液聚合物的间歇聚合和连续聚合生产过程,但其本身具有极强的挥发性、急性毒性、不稳定性(自聚与分解)与燃爆特性,使苯乙烯的安全储存成为化工企业安全稳定运行的重要环节.文章结合企业实际,在法规要求与风险分析的基础上,探讨研究苯乙烯储罐应设置的安全设施及日常管理措施.
Abstract
As an important chemical raw material,styrene is widely used in the batch polymerization and continuous polymerization production process of resins,plastics and emulsion/emulsion polymers,but it has strong volatility,acute toxicity,instability(self-polymerization and decomposition)and explosion characteristics,so that the safe storage of styrene has become an important part of the safe and stable operation of chemical enterprises.Based on the requirements of regulations and risk analysis,the paper discusses the safety facilities and daily management measures for styrene storage tank.
