摘要
针对海上油田固定平台修井机钻完井作业安全管理,文章总结了近年来通过各类安全分析发现的安全风险评估良好实践方法,系统梳理了修井机钻井作业安全风险评估流程,并以某平台为例进行了简要说明.该经验总结能够为修井机钻井作业安全管理提供良好方式,并为其他行业安全管理提供借鉴.
Abstract
In response to the safety management of fixed platform workover rig drilling and completion operations in offshore oil fields,this article summarizes the good practices for safety risk assessment discovered through various safety analyses in recent years,systematically sorts out the safety risk assessment process for workover rig drilling operations,and briefly explains it using a certain platform as an example.The above experience summary can provide a good way for safety management of workover rig drilling operations and provide reference for safety management in other industries.
