Safety Management of Syngas Hydrogen Production Plant
Hydrogen is important chemical raw material,industrial gas and special gas,and has a wide range of applications.Hydrogen energy is also an ideal secondary energy.Syngas is a gas mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen as the main components,and it is also an important feedstock gas.Once the syngas hydrogen production plant accidents will cause environmental pollution,property losses and casualties,so the safety and stability of the production process are very critical,and safety management is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the syngas hydrogen production plant.After the revision of Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China,higher requirements are put forward for safety management.Based on this,this paper combines daily safety management experience,expounds the safety management of syngas hydrogen production plant.
