摘要
DCC装置运行第二个周期出现了外取热器筒体穿孔泄漏隐患,并及时进行了贴板补强.文章通过对外取热器筒体泄漏及管束泄漏的现象、原因等方面的分析,发现外取热器泄漏会对装置造成巨大影响,并针对外取热器泄漏的原因提出合理的建议和优化操作方法,以保证装置的长周期运行.
Abstract
In the second cycle of operation of the DCC device,there was a hidden danger of perforation and leakage of the external heat exchanger cylinder,and timely reinforcement was carried out by pasting plates.This article analyzes the leakage phenomenon and reasons of the external heat exchanger cylinder and tube bundle,and finds that the leakage of the external heat exchanger has a huge impact on the device.Reasonable suggestions and optimization methods are proposed to ensure the long-term operation of the device based on the reasons for the leakage of the external heat exchanger.
