Failure Analysis and Prevention Strategy Research on Cracking of Metal Bellows
Cracking and failure of metal bellows is a technical issue that is a key concern for production safety in chemical processes. In order to improve the safety and stability of metal bellows, based on a comprehensive analysis of the main causes of cracking and failure of metal bellows, taking the cracking and failure of metal bellows in the discharge pipeline of trichlorosilane storage tanks as an example, the cracking and failure behavior and reasons of the metal bellows were deeply studied from bellows:macroscopic morphology analysis of the fracture surface, metallographic structure analysis and other aspects.Based on the actual operation data of on-site production, meaningful prevention and control strategies have been proposed for the cracking and failure of metal bellows. This helps to timely prevent cracking and failure accidents of metal bellows, and has important guiding significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment in a long preiod.
