常低压储罐通气设计国内外规范研究

摘要
通气装置是常低压储罐的重要设施,国内外规范对其设计要求有所不同.文章比较了国外常用规范API 2000-2014 与国内规范SH/T 3007-2014、HG/T 20570.16-1995、SY/T 0511.1-2010、GB 50160-2008(2018 版),就常低压储罐产生超压和真空的原因、呼吸量选取原则、通气装置的设计和选用、惰性气封的设置与计算等方面进行了分析,对比了国内外规范要求的不同与原因,分析了各要求的合理性与适用性,为工程提供设计与计算依据.
Abstract
Venting device is an important facility of atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks,and its design requirements are different in domestic and foreign codes.This article compares the foreign standard API 2000-2014 with domestic standards SH/T 3007-2014,HG/T 20570.16-1995,SY/T 0511.1-2010 and GB 50160-2008(2018),and discusses the reasons for overpressure and vacuum in atmospheyic and low-pressure storage tanks,the principles for breathing volume selection,the design and selection of venting devices,and the setup and calculation of inert gas seals.Differences and reasons between domestic and foreign regulatory requirementsare,as well as the rationality and applicability of each requirement are analyzed,in order to provide design and calculation guide for engineering.
