摘要
为解决传统SPMT滚装装船工艺及抬梁的痛点难点问题,自主研发出了一种高效滚装装船工艺,并结合公司某基地总装场地的承载能力开发出了重量小、结构简单、强度高、适用管径范围大的标准化运输工装.该技术成果突破了传统SPMT滚装装船工艺低效、高成本的技术瓶颈,为同类大型钢结构物SPMT滚装装船作业提供了新思路、新方案.
Abstract
In order to solve the pain points and difficulties of traditional SPMT ro-ro shipment process and lifting beam,we independently developed an efficient ro-ro shipping process,combined with the bearing capacity of the final assembly site of a base of the company to develop a small weight,simple structure,high strength and wide range of applicable pipe diameter standardized transportation tools.The technical achievement breaks through the technical bottleneck of low efficiency and high cost of traditional SPMT ro-ro shipment process,and provides a new idea and scheme for SPMT ro-ro shipment operation of similar large steel structures.
