Study on Design of Water Treatment Process for An Incineration Plant
An incineration plant water treatment is mainly divided into pure water treatment and wastewater treatment. For pure water treatment design using"activated carbon filter + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis + EDI"process, pure water is treated and reused as production water. The treated wastewater mainly includes inorganic wastewater and organic wastewater, and the composition of wastewater is complex and contains a large number of heavy metals,so the inorganic wastewater is designed to remove heavy metals from the wastewater through the treatment of"integrated sedimentation device(pH adjusting tank + coagulation tank + flocculation tank + sedimentation tank)",and then enters into biochemical inlet homogenization tank;the organic wastewater enters the biochemical inlet homogenizer tank directly, and after the wastewater is homogenized, adopts the process of"biological contact oxidation tank + secondary sedimentation tank + intermediate pool + multi-media filter + post-filtration pool + reuse pool".In summary, for the industry water treatment, the combination process has good treatment effect and low investment and operation cost.It not only meets the requirements of saving water in the plant, but also realizes the resource utilization of wastewater treatment.
