摘要
文章总结了资质认定的引入对高校实验室在管理体系、人员管理、设备管理等方面发挥的作用,分析了目前在产学研背景下,高校科研院所实验室存在的普遍性问题,以及资质认定引入为其发展所带来的改变.进而提出,CMA资质认定为推进高校实验室产学研高质量发展方面发挥了重要作用.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the function of the introduction of qualification accreditation in the management system,personnel management,equipment management and other aspects of university laboratory.This paper analyzes on the universal problems existing in the laboratories of scientific research institutes in colleges and universities under the background of industry-university-research,as well as the changes brought by the introduction of qualification accreditation.Furthermore,it is pointed out that CMA qualification plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of industry-university-research in university laboratories.
