化工企业生产MMA高有机物及高氰化物的废水处理

为提升MMA高有机物及高氰化物废水处理效果,文章设计一种化工企业生产MMA高有机物及高氰化物的废水处理技术.将MMA废水分为预处理与生化处理两个部分:在预处理阶段处理氰化物与有机物,调节废水的pH值,使其达到出水标准;在生化处理阶段,利用硝化液处理NH3-N、氰化物,处理废水中的COD等污染物质.通过控制pH值、铁碳质量比,实现COD的高效处理.使用臭氧催化氧化技术之后,COD由 26 000 mg/L变化到 150 mg/L;NH3-N由150 mg/L变化到了 5 mg/L;氰化物含量或可忽略不计;pH值从 2.5 增加到了 6.8,废水处理效果较佳.得到结论为臭氧催化氧化技术在MMA高有机物及高氰化物废水处理中具有重要作用,能够满足化工企业生产需求.
Wastewater Treatment of MMA High Organic Matter and High Cyanide Production in Chemical Enterprises
In order to improve the treatment efficiency of MMA high organic matter and high cyanide wastewater,this article designs a wastewater treatment technology for chemical enterprises to produce MMA high organic matter and high cyanide.MMA wastewater is divided into two parts:pre-treatment and biochemical treatment.In the pre-treatment stage,cyanide and organic matter are treated,and the pH value of the wastewater is adjusted to meet the effluent standard.In the biochemical treatment stage,nitrification solution is used to treat NH3-N,cyanide,and other pollutants such as COD in wastewater.By controlling pH value and iron carbon mass ratio,efficient COD treatment can be achieved.After using ozone catalytic oxidation technology,COD changed from 26 000 mg/L to 150 mg/L;NH3-N changed from 150 mg/L to 5 mg/L;the cyanide content may be negligible;the pH value increased from 2.5 to 6.8,indicating a better wastewater treatment effect.Ozone catalytic oxidation technology plays an important role in the treatment of MMA high organic matter and high cyanide wastewater,and can meet the production needs of chemical enterprises.
