Abstract
This paper introduces the importance and challenges of large commercial crude oil reserve,emphasizes the importance of fire fighting and rescue capability in dealing with sudden fires and accidents,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing equipment and personnel.In terms of fire-fighting and rescue capability improvement strategies,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as technology and equipment improvement,personnel training and emergency drills,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems that may be faced in implementing the strategies.
