文章通过系统性分析煤化工生产过程中的气体、液体泄漏的常见部位、危害后果及防控对策,结合煤化工生产中防泄漏管理的实际经验,从泄漏控制的技术措施与管理体系建设两方面,对煤化工企业提出针对性建议,提升企业的安全、环保管理水平和可持续发展能力.
Abstract
Through systematic analysis of the common parts,harm consequences and prevention and control measures of gas and liquid leakage in the process of coal chemical production,combined with the practical experience of leakage prevention management in coal chemical production,the paper puts forward specific suggestions for coal chemical enterprises from two aspects of leakage control technical measures and management system construction,so as to improve the safety,environmental protection management level and sustainable development ability of enterprises.
