Abstract
Electrical equipment plays a crucial role in the petroleum refining industry,where its proper functioning is vital for production efficiency and workplace safety.However,faults in electrical equipment can lead to production interruptions,damage,and potential hazards.To address these challenges,the techniques of electrical equipment health monitoring and predictive maintenance have become integral parts of refineries.Their application not only aids in real-time monitoring of equipment status but also allows for early fault prediction,thus reducing maintenance costs,enhancing production efficiency,and increasing workplace safety.This paper delves into the application of electrical equipment health monitoring and predictive maintenance technologies in refineries,along with the challenges faced and corresponding strategies.
