摘要

文章对氨基酸表面活性剂结构和性能关系进行了研究,为产品应用提供参考.AG02-95 通过控制其中和度,或通过高低碳链复配可调控溶解性和结晶性能;YC02H-30、YG02-30、YB02-30、YN02-30 在近中性条件下均表现出优异的泡沫丰富度和稳定性;YGTEA-30在pH值5.5时具有更优异的泡沫表现,更适合透明配方;YC02H-30适合pH值>6.8的配方,YC03H-30 更加适合pH值 5.5~6.8 的配方;YC03-30 和YN02-30 较AS02-30 和YG02-30 具有更加优异的增稠表现.

Abstract

The relationship between the structure and properties of amino acid surfactants was studied to provide reference for the application of the product.The solubility and crystallization properties of AG02-95 can be controlled by controlling the degree of neutrality.DG02H-95 has better foam performance than AG02-95 under the premise of guaranteeing solubility.YC02H-30,YG02-30,YB02-30 and YN02-30 showed excellent foam richness and stability under near-neutral conditions.YGTEA-30 has better foam performance at pH 5.5 and is more suitable for transparent formulations;YC02H-30 is suitable for pH>6.8 formula,YC03H-30 is more suitable for pH 5.5-6.8 formula.YC03-30 and YN02-30 have better thickening performance than AS02-30 and YG02-30.
